Verification status, 0/20/30% deductions, statements and the CIS300 figures come out of the same data that paid the subcontractor.

You authorise Saral once, choose which organisations to connect, and Saral keeps them in sync. Nothing is written to Xero without someone in your team approving it first.

Only the scopes we use
Saral requests granular Xero scopes, not blanket access. The premium general-ledger Journals scope is deliberately never requested.
Disconnect whenever you like
Remove an organisation from Settings → Xero in Saral, or from Xero's own connected apps screen. The token is revoked and syncing stops immediately.
Your ledger stays yours
Saral never edits or deletes a transaction it didn't create, and never posts anything a person in your team hasn't approved.
Trust
Built to hold your ledger and your people’s data
Tokens encrypted at rest
Xero refresh tokens are sealed with AES-256-GCM under a rotatable key ring, never stored in plain text, and unsealed only inside the integration layer.
Hard tenant isolation
Every request is scoped to your billing group before any data is read. Row-level security stays on for every table, and cross-tenant tests run against the live schema.
Strong authentication
Sign in with Xero, Microsoft SSO, a passkey, or a password with two-step verification. Administrators can require a second factor for everyone.
Everything is logged
Approvals, pushes to Xero, permission changes and deletions are written to an audit log you can read yourself — with the actor and the before-and-after value.
UK GDPR, EU-hosted
Data is stored on EU-hosted infrastructure and processed under UK GDPR. Personal documents live in a private store, served only through short-lived signed links.
Never used to train AI
Your accounting and workforce data is never used to train machine-learning models. AI reads the documents you send us, and does nothing else with them.

Pay for the modules you switch on
Per module, per month
Each module has its own monthly price. Add or drop one at any time — the change applies from the next billing month.
Seats and usage
Your plan includes a number of users; extra users are charged per seat. Document and request volume is billed monthly in arrears, so a quiet month costs less.

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial and no card. Cancel any time — access runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
Current plans and prices are on the sign-up page. Saral bills you directly — subscriptions are not charged through the Xero App Store.
Questions people ask before they sign up
Does Saral replace Xero?
No — it needs Xero. Xero stays your ledger and your filing system. Saral is the operational layer on top: it reads every organisation you connect, gives you the consolidated and per-project views Xero doesn't produce, and writes approved transactions back so your ledger stays the single source of truth.
How many Xero organisations can I connect?
As many as your plan allows, and they are treated as one business. You authorise once, tick the organisations you want, and every report, list and search spans the group — you are never logging in and out of entities to answer one question.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Disconnect Xero from Settings or from Xero's own connected-apps screen and syncing stops immediately. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your data on the retention schedule set out in the terms. Nothing we wrote to Xero depends on Saral continuing to exist.
Will it change anything in Xero without me knowing?
No. Saral only creates transactions a person in your team has approved, it never edits or deletes anything it didn't create, and every push is recorded in the audit log with who approved it and when.
Is it only for construction?
It is built for UK construction and trades — CIS, retentions, site attendance, valuations and cost value reconciliation are first-class. Any group running several Xero organisations gets the consolidation, bill capture and recharge modules, but the deepest value is on a contracting business.
How long does setup take?
Sign-up is three clicks and your Xero history starts syncing straight away, so the first reports have real numbers in them the same afternoon. Getting workers, projects and approval rules set up the way you work is usually a day or two, and we will do it with you.
